Is there a way that I can make my grid so I can click all of the cells but not have them be able to go in to active edit on all of the cells? I know I can set .readonly = true and make it so they cant actually edit the cell, but they can still click or doubleclick and have the cursor start flashing in the cell like its going to let them change it. It wont because of the readonly but it looks like it will. So is there an event I can stop this in so they can still highlight a group of cells but not have this active edit behavior happen?
Many thanks.

Hi Thomas,
A cell can be prevented from getting in to the edit mode by setting the CellType to Static or by handling the CurrentCellStartEditing event and setting the e.Cancel to true.
