Doc completly unusable

I''m quite desperate working with the Web?grid control. There is no doc.

Now i create a new app and the grid is not rendered as an image. aka it works in the sample but not in my app

Is there any settings in IIS or permissions that could help fix it
Pleade don''t take one week to answer

Do you have the proper httphandler in the web.config file for your application.

Take a look the the:
..Syncfusion\Essential Studio\4.1.0.50\Web\grid.web\Samples\2.0\web.config

or the
..Syncfusion\Essential Studio\4.1.0.50\Web\grid.web\Samples\1.1\StockQuotes\cs\Web.config file

and add the handler accordingly (based on the VS.NET version you are using)
