HELP...how to resize the form according to screen resolution?

hihi... for e.g. my form is fitting into a 1024 by 768 screen, but if the user were to use a 800 by 600 screen, my form is far too long... anyone here can help me with this?? pleaseeee....

hmmm...yup, i've seen tat article too..but how to write the codes in the onLoad after detecting the resolution??
