ComboBoxBase skips a record when using the up and down keys

I created a user control that uses the ComboBoxBase with a ListControl. When you click the drop down button and then press the down arrow key, the second row is highlighted, not the first. With every down arrow key press, the highlighted row goes down two rows, not one. This only happens in Visual Studio 2005 and when the ComboBoxBase is used in a user control. I have attached a sample project using Essential Grid Version 4.1.0.10. Thanks, Chad
