Legend problem when using SaveImage

Was there ever a work-around determined for this problem? I am having the same problem.
I am using version 3.301.0.0 (fixing old product, upgrade not an option).

The mentioned issue is already fixed in version 4.1.

I am not able to reproduce the mentioned issue in version 3.3.0.0.

Please have a look into the screen shots attached.
