location of plus minus icon

As you can see in the attachment, the secondary grouping level text appears directly below (in the same column) as the primary grouping level text. Is there any way to move the plus/minus icon to the right so that it shows up next to the actual column that it is grouping? Thanks!

There is no property setting or simple event that would allow you to move the +/- cell.
