In VS 2005 when I place a GGC onto a form, once I let go of the mouse button, I cannot seem to re-size that control in the designer, except in extremely tiny increments. I''m using the patched Essential Studio 3.3.0.11. Is this a known issue?

This is a defect. To work around this problem until there is a release with this corrected, you can hold down the control key while you size with the mouse.
