I just the 3.302.0.15 for VS2005 RC and I
always got the following warning.
Warning 2 No way to resolve conflict between "Syncfusion.Core, Version=3.302.0.15, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=632609b4d040f6b4" and "Syncfusion.Core, Version=3.302.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=632609b4d040f6b4". Choosing "Syncfusion.Core, Version=3.302.0.15, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=632609b4d040f6b4" arbitrarily. Mockup

Hi Ken,
Please rename your {install drive}:\Program Files\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\Assemblies to be Assemblies_. The problem is that there are two conflicting public assemblies.
Please let me know if this does / does not resolve the problem.
