Direct Trac login

I cannot log into the direct trak system I. There is a good chance that I have two accounts with one email address with you. I had an old account from a previous job that I asked a question on friday & I asked that the response be sent to my new email. The support person helping me said he updated my account with the new email. Now I keep getting a message saying that I am entering the wrong password. I had the system email me my password & it is the one I am using.

Try things again now. If you want to see the old incidents, your old account now has _duplicate after the email address and also has a 1 appended to your password.
