Hi Tim,
Try running
C:\Program Files\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\3.3.0.0\Help\RegisterCollection.bat
to reregister the help files
and after that
C:\Program Files\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\3.3.0.0\Help\DexploreSyncfusion.Bat
to check out if registration worked.
