I want to use grouping feature in a DataBoundGrid. Is it possible to do it?
Because many features like GridBoundColumns is not present in Grouping grid.

As for now, we don''t have grouping feature in GridDataBoundGrid. See this forum post for alternate method for using GridBoundColumns and the differences and similarities between GridDataBoundGrid and GridGroupingControl.
