Dropdown cell in GDBG

Hi, I have a very easy question. In version 2.0.5, can a dropdown cell be modeless, or is it only modal? And if it can be modeless, what would be the best way to close it (and save data if "dirty") upon moving focus to another cell on a parent grid? P.S. If the DD is only modal in 2.0.5, how about more advanced versions (say 3.3?) Thanks.

Hi Igork, Take a look at Syncfusion\Essential Suite\Grid\Samples\InDepth\DropDownFormAndUserControls sample that explains pretty well that you can create a dropdown in modal and modaless way. Best regards, Stanley
