And I have one more question. Can I know whether the primary axis''s labels intersect? So that I can decide if I should use the label rotated or not.

Hi,
You can either rotate all labels irrespective of whether they intersect or not using the LabelRotate and LabelRotateAngle properties.
If you only want the labels rotated if they intersect, you can specify the LabelIntersectAction property.
