I do the development on XP, but rolll out on w2k. Syncfusion wants to load that dll, altough no ThemesEnabled set to true. What can I do?

Any chance you are using "flat scrollbars"? They load uxtheme.dll by mistake, but you can workaround by just using regular scrollbars instead.

Other than this there is no reason why uxtheme.dll should be loaded.
