How can I create a MDI Child form that is modal oly for parent(owner) form?

I have tried to create a MDIChild form that acts like a form with owner set. Wich meas is alway on top of the parent and minimizes and maximizes with the parent but failed.If you coud give me some pointers on how I could do that fo a MDI Child form I''d realy apreciate it. Thanks!
