How to remove the delay before showing a sub menu?

If I have a parentbar that contains a barentbar with items on it (ie, a submenu), then when the user moves the mouse over the first parentbar then hovers over the second parentbar there is a delay before the submenu is shown.

Is there a property to remove this delay?
