Insert a title over header of grid and Print the Title and grid

Case 1 : I have a label which is upper of grid, I want to print it first, then move the grid down and Print the grid.( print 2 of them in one page) How could I do that ? Case 2 : I want to insert the title into the grid and upper the header, so when I print the grid, the title is aso printed. How could I do that ? The attached file is an example.
