Dock Control and ''Pin''

Hi, I have few dock controls on the left side. They are working fine. Problem#1 I do not want user to click on the “Pin” and make them docked and take space. I have real state problem. How can I disable the “Pin” so that user can’t click on it? I want to do this only for few. Problem#2 When one of my dock control in floating state, user click click on ‘X’ and close it. I need to show that control again on a button click. I am sure when you click ‘X’ it is invisible it is not closed at all. Please help me. This time I am looking for a quick help. Please do help me. Thanks
