Any fixed dialog get maximized

Hi,
Can any one tell me why my fixed dialog get maximized when I have a MDI window maximized. This start Happining with the New version of Syncfusion update. I am using 3.2.1.0 version.

You can reproduce the same thing in the Syncfusion Featured Samples -> VSDemo sample application.

Just click menu Help-> Syncfusion Help and you will see that about dialog opens and maximized. Although, the dialog WindowState = FormWindowState.Normal;

I''ve tried to reproduce your problem and have been unable to do so. Are there any steps to reproduce this that you think I might have overlooked? Alternatively, are you using something other than WinXP with the 1.1 framework (which is what I ran my test with)?
