Selected nodes inside of a collapsed & selected parent node have their focus rects drawn when the tree loses focus. I assume this is not the expected behavior. I''ve attached a project that demonstrates this.

If my assumption is incorrect, I''ll welcome suggestions as to how this behavior may be prevented.

Hi Keith,
Thank you for the sample. I have entered this as Defect #291. A potential workaround is to handle the Deactivate event on your Form and deselect all Nodes.
