Dead Space after the last column

Hi - Is there any way to eliminate the dead space after the last column when scrolling to the right? i.e. scrolling all the way to the right would have the righthand edge of the last column coincide with the lefthand edge of the vertical scrollbar.

e.g. ComponentOne has Grid.ExtendedRightColumn = True
