Dear website users,
I am pleased to announce that a new and improved search engine for the Forums will be going live on Monday. It will provide support for wildcard, fuzzy, and several other types of queries. A dropdown for selecting the Forum to be searched will also be added.
Also, a number of FireFox compatibility issues have been fixed. Specifically, the text entry areas for the Forums and DirectTrac should now be more appropriately sized.
Finally, there have been a number of requests for another method to obtain a direct link to an article in our Knowledge Base or a Defect in our Open Issues. A link will be added that will allow IE-users to copy the URL directly to their clipboard. Other browser users can still use the email article link to send themselves a direct link or link to a Defect by using the following template:
