Can anyone tell me how the priority is determined in getting messages answered here on the forum?
I can''t help but notice how very up to date the Essential Grid and Tools forums are in terms of replies. Clay and the other individuals responsible for monitoring those messages do a fantastic job. They''re right on top of things.
As for the remaining forums, well sometimes I wonder if anyone is awake over there :( Just check the dates and you''ll know what I''m talking about. Heeelllooooo.....

If you need a guaranteed response from Syncfusion, you should use our Direct Trac support system. That is our prinmary support system. There, a support engineer is immediately notified of any incident update, and you will receive email notifications of response updates. And there, you should expect timely responses and you should expect to be kept abreast of the progress of the incident.
These forums are a community platform allowing anyone to respond to your questions. In theory, it may be that no one responds. In practice, Syncfusion personnel will try to respond if they see an unanswered questions. But if you need a response and want to know a Syncfusion support engineer will respond to your questions, you should use Direct Trac.

Hi,
We try very hard to be responsive. There may be times when we have failed. We apologize if you had any trouble obtaining support. Do you have any unanswered queries that you would like to see addressed?
Thank you for using Syncfusion products.
Best regards,
Daniel
