How do I make a 3d pie chart?

I set the chart.Series3D = true and type=Pie3D but the piechart is always 2D! What am I doing wrong?

I can make 3D column and line charts no problem. It just doesn''t work for pie charts.

Can someone post some code showing how to make a 3D pie chart?
