Grid support site is down

I am trying to enter the Grid support section of the site, and it is down for the second time in a few days with a set of messages about not being able to get connections from the connection pool. Could not you , guys , just export your knowledge base to some readable format and offer it for download, rathen than stressing your own site unnecessarily for each knowledge base search?
