Launch application with Syncfusion package from IE

I am writing an application using Syncfusion''s docking manager. It works fine if I start it from local disk. I got security exception when I tried to launch it from IE.

Is that possible for me to launch application with syncfusion''s package? The application without syncfusion can be launched.

Any advices, pointers are appreciated.
