Which event should I triggle if I want to do checking after the user make changes to the current cell ?

Currently I''m using grid1_RecordValueChanged, is it the correct event to be used ?

If you are trying to catch your user editing a cell, then that event should be OK. If you are trying to catch something external to the GridGroupingControl changing the datasource, then you can use SourceListRecordChanging/SourceListRecordChanged.
