Problem - culture with a comma as a decimal separator

In version 27.1.48 there was a problem with setting culture with a comma as a decimal separator (e.g. in Polish) in numeric fields.

In the previous version the same code works correctly.

My video where I show that numeric fields have a problem with value binding. A text field does not have this problem. This is a project created from scratch on the latest version of your components. demo project: https://github.com/iDataSoftwareTL/WpfTestNumeric/tree/master/WpfTestNumeric
