Broken Selection & Tap command in version 26.1.41 & 26.1.42

Afternoon,

There seems to be an issue with Syncfusion Version 26.1.41 & 26.1.42 on the SfListView.
When using the ItemTemplate, with a visual element that uses a <VisualStateManager.VisualStateGroups> the selection is not made when clicking on an item in the list. If i remove the <VisualStateManager.VisualStateGroups> the selection is made as expected. 

This behaviour is also seen when using the TapCommand. A template with a <VisualStateManager.VisualStateGroups> means the TapCommand is not fired, but removing this Visual State allows the command to execute.

This is happening on MacOs and iOS. 

If we revert back to Version 26.1.40, everything works as expected when we use a Visual State. So seems somethings changed in the later version. 

I've attached a sample project here thats using Version 26.1.42 so you're able to see the issue we are facing.

Thanks for your patience. We have validated this issue and fixed it. Currently, we are in the testing phase to ensure the fix does not affect other cases. The issue will be resolved and included in our upcoming NuGet release, which is scheduled for August 6, 2024. We appreciate your patience until then.

 

For now we have attached the custom package for reported issue, please confirm whether the issue fixed on your end with custom package

 

Note: Before installing the custom NuGet package, we recommend clearing the NuGet cache to ensure accurate results

We would like to let you know that Essential Studio Weekly NuGet packages (v26.2.7) has been published in nuget.org with the fix for the issue “Selection is not working when adding VisualStateManager inside the ItemTemplate”. Please let us know if you have any concerns in this.

RootCause:

The gesture is not handled when adding the VisualStateManager inside the ItemTemplate.

I can't see anything in the release notes for 26.2.7 or 26.2.8. Can you confirm this is now available?
