Vue Schedule endhour error

package version : 23.1.40

issue : if the end hour is 12PM which is 24:00 the scheduler not working and show duplicate hour of 11 PM at the bottom and no appts show on the scheduler.

if i made it to 00:00 and start is 05:00 its not working as it get that the end is newer than start date

i did a workaround by check if endhour is 24:00 make it 23:59

but i want to know why it was working then BOOM its not
