setWorkHours issue with Timezone/Day Light Savings

The issue is as follows:

If you set the timezone and you move into daylight savings time, and it goes back an hour, if you use the "setWorkHours" method it will result in a display of -1.

Ie. If you set 9:00AM it displays 8:00AM

Since the method setWorkHours doesn't include anything regarding timezone, it should assume the hours provided are rela

We confirmed your reported problem with "setWorkHours issue with Timezone/Day Light Savings" as a bug and logged the defect report.
