can it be used as a free-license?

Hi.
I've used syncfusion well so far. But unfortunately, the service we used to use syncfusion  ended.
So I have a question.
I don't think it's going to be easy to re-subscribe to syncfusion  because the service has ended. But the internal CRM used by the company is using ThinkFusion, can it be used as a free-license?
