Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Currently, we have a health tracker showcase sample available only for TypeScript and Angular. Unfortunately, we do not have a Health Tracker sample for ASP.NET MVC at the moment. We have logged your reported scenario, and based on the priority of other logged tasks, we will include this in one of our upcoming releases.
