RowRenderingMode on when EnableRtl is true

EnableRtl is not supported when RowRenderingMode is RowDirection.Vertical.

We would like to inform you that currently, we don’t have support for RTL support in the vertical row rendering. We have limitations for the vertical row rendering adaptive mode.
