Issues Encountered while Upgrading Syncfusion Gantt Control in ASP.NET Core Razor Pages

Hello,

I am currently facing several issues after upgrading the Syncfusion Gantt Control within my ASP.NET Core Razor Pages application. I'm reaching out to seek assistance and guidance regarding the following problems:

Description of Issues with Different Versions:

1. Issues in Version 22.2.12 and above:

- When attempting to save newly added items, an error occurs: "adaptor.getModuleName is not a function".

- Additionally, while editing data (demo), an error "startDate.getTime is not a function" is encountered.

2. Issues in Version 22.2.11 and earlier:

- No specific errors encountered; however, the values of added/edited records are not updating. For instance, if the server assigns a different TaskId to a newly added task, the client does not reflect this change.

3. Issues in Version 20.4.51:

- Generally, all functionalities such as adding and editing are operational in this version. The values are updated on the client side as expected.

- However, there is a warning in the developer tools and sporadic occurrences of the error "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getPanel')". Despite these warnings and errors, the operations function normally, with the only issue being the display of content grid height.

4. Issues in Version 23.1.36:

- Assigning resources to the Gantt chart causes an error during data loading: "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'refreshUI')".

- Additionally, errors such as "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'convertToFlatData')" or "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '0')" (updateColumnModel) are encountered.

I've thoroughly tested these issues across different versions of the control. Your guidance or solutions to address these issues with the Syncfusion Gantt Control would be immensely appreciated.

Thank you very much for your help!

Hi,

Thank you for your prompt responses and efforts in addressing the issues I've encountered.

I understand that you are currently investigating the feasibility of my requirements and are facing difficulty in validating the provided sample. I wanted to highlight that the project I've attached accurately represents the issues I described earlier. These issues persist even with a simple library switch within the Pages\Shared\_Layout.cshtml file.
