On further validation, we have considered the reported issue (“Expand and collapse is not working properly when using cache mode with infinite scrolling feature”) as a bug. Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping us improve our product. At Syncfusion, we are committed to fixing all validated defects (subject to technological feasibility and Product Development Life Cycle) and will include the fix in our upcoming patch release which is expected to be rolled out on December 20, 2023. Until then we appreciate your patience.

Hello, what is the current progress on this issue? I am still experiencing it with version 24.1.41 and it has not been resolved yet.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.


Due to unforeseen circumstances, the reported problem has not been included as promised. However, we are working on this reported issue "Expand and collapse is not working properly when using cache mode with infinite scrolling feature" with high Priority
and include it in an upcoming weekly Patch release which is expected to roll out by January 3, 2024. Until then we appreciate your patience and understanding.

In Cache Mode, this issue still exists。

Due to the complexity of the issue, we could not be able to include the fix in the promised release. We will include the fix in our upcoming patch release which is scheduled for January 31st, 2024. Until then we appreciate your patience.

We are glad to announce that fix for the issue “Expand and collapse is not working properly when using cache mode with infinite scrolling feature” has been rolled out in our patch release (v24.2.4). So please upgrade to our latest version to resolve the problem.
