RichTextEditor fontnamelist, fontsizelist, etc. not working in Fullscreen Browser API

Hi Team

we are using RichTextEditor inside pop up modal which is  expanded using fullscreen browser API,  then rich text editor options are not functioning. Like fontname, font-size, etc. dropdown option not working

Hi Santosh Kumar,


We have tried to replicate the reported issue at our end by rendering the RichTextEditor inside a Modal Dialog. But we didn't face any issues while applying font name and font size to the Editor contents after clicking the full screen toolbar. Please find the sample we have prepared and video illustration for your reference,

Can you please share us with the details below to validate further on this issue?


  • Are you using Syncfusion Modal dialog or bootstrap dialog?

  • Share exact issue replication steps along with video illustration.

  • Share entire issue replicating code snippet.

  • If possible, modify the attached sample with the issue reproducing code or share simple issue replicable runnable sample.
