Hi Sabian Sirius,
Query2: Form is acting strange. All buttons are missing and
gridpanel is resized.
After further analysis, we found that the reason behind the button missing
issue on the panel is the result of setting the AnchorStyle value as “none” for
the button, which is used to position it in a fixed location. If the
AnchorStyle setting is removed, the button missing issue will be
resolved. Please refer to the modified sample and video for your
reference.

Hi Sabian Sirius,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
There is a limitation in DockingManager that the MDIContainer style is not applicable for the DockingClientPanel. When adding Document as child of DockingManager, we are internally enabling MDIContainer to place the Document window. So, we cannot use both DockingClientPanel and Document window in same view. Please refer the below UG link for your reference.
UG link: https://help.syncfusion.com/windowsforms/docking-manager/docking-client-panel
You can achieve your requirement without utilizing the DockingClientPanel. Please refer to the attached sample for your reference.
