Using EditForm within Dialog Template

Hello everyone,


I am implementing a customer data entry form with validation support for a project I am working on. The form is hosted within sfDialog Template.

Everything seems to work but:

  1. Validation does not work.
  2. The OnValidSubmit handler does not fire when Submit button is clicked

I can't figure what I am doing wrong. I have included my code block in the attachment below.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
