text annotation not saving/staying in new position

we just recently upgraded to version 23.1.39 for the Ejs pdf viewer from version 21.1.37, If I place a text annotation on a pdf then click -> drag and move it to a new place on the pdf upon saving using saveAsBlob() method the annotation goes back to its original position instead of the new position unless I edit the text of the annotation

We were able to reproduce the reported issue "Annotation is not saving/staying in new position" in version(V23.1.39) and it is fixed in the latest version(v23.1.41). Could you please upgrade the client and server to the latest version and test the scenario once.
