there is some problems on toolbar template updating the last version of react grid syncfusion.

We confirmed your reported problem with "React Toolbar Template not working" as a bug and logged the defect report. The fix for this defect will be included in our upcoming weekly patch release, which is expected to be rolled out at the first of October 2023.
