Community license use case

Hi,

First and foremost, I want to express my appreciation for your support of hobby developers and startups through the community license. This type of license holds tremendous value when a paid license isn't affordable or justifiable.

I wonder is next use case in accordance with community license:

  • I work as engineer (not developer) for organization that is over $ 1M yearly revenue,
  • Organization do not have developers at all. It is oil & gas construction biro,
  • Organization put together few PDF files together and sell it to customer as final product,
  • As hobby developer I would like to make tool that will help me to do my job in company easier,
  • Tool will bi simple PDF merger desktop application. Marge all PDF from folder into single file to reduce load on me,
  • Files merged by tool will be sold to company customer,
  • Tool IP would be on my name and can be opensource if needed, but definitely will be free.

Let me know is described scenario against community license rules.

Keep in mind that I do not plan to make commercial application to sell but to use my hobby programmer knowledge to make tool to help me on the work and reduce load one me.

While waiting some answers I examined related posts that contains similar questions. Seems to me that making free application is not against community license terms if I am eligible for license. Then anyone can use it.

Also, I read "Frequently Asked Questions" ( https://www.syncfusion.com/products/communitylicense.) and did not find any problem in my use case.

I just want to be sure that do not brake license terms and that produced PDF file is not related to community license.

Anyone has other opinion?
