ColorPicker function does not work correctly in SfDiagram.

Hello,

When I add ColorPicker in SfDiagram it doesn't work properly. Normally, you can switch between different colors in ColorPicker without releasing the mouse. In the diagram, it automatically releases the mouse pressing and prevents the correct color selection. I have attached a sample video and project. 

There was a similar situation for ComboBox before and that problem was solved. Even if selection was made in ComboBox, the correct item was not selected.

Color Picker Problem Summary : Color selection cannot be made by holding down the mouse. Mouse loses focus.

Unfortunately, the PopUp opened in the sample video is not visible, I realized later.

Reported Issue: Unable to perform the press and hold operation when selecting a color in the ColorPicker
