Based on the given screenshot, we have tried to reproduce the reported issue in the following ways

1. Destroying the Ribbon component with showlauncherIcon enabled/disabled.
2. Dynamically adding a tab item in the Ribbon tabs.

But unfortunately, we couldn't replicate the reported issue from our end.

1. Any reproducing steps to replicate the issue from our end?
2. Are you using, any other components in the page along with the Syncfusion Ribbon?
