how to embed in html

Question

I want to open and embed excel sheet in web browser using HTML.

I want functionalities to input text, numeric, drop down lists, radio buttons and formatting cells.

Please share me example with code

Besides that I want to give a cell tag, cell note like farpoint spreadsheet SS7.

Please help me to go further in my work.
