Range Slider wont pan chart past a certain point

Hello i attached a video of my issue. The panning works fine up to a certain point, then it just stops and doesnt do anything. Is there a slider issue or a chart issue. I dont have any visable max set on my chart to stop this from working. Also if i move the sliders in i want the chart to zoom in on that area. Is this possible to do?

We tried to replicate the reported issue regarding Panning works to a certain point only at our end. Unfortunately, we are not able to reproduce the reported issue as we are not exactly sure on what scenario the issue is replicating.
