Dialog Y-Axis position going out of bounds

When the position of Dialog is set to "Bottom", it is going slightly out of bounds set by the target element. Please refer to the screenshots taken from the demo.

Here in the code, you can see that the target is "control-section", however a portion of the Dialog is outside the "control-section" target at the `Bottom` position.

We have considered the reported issue "Dialog is outside the target element when we set dialog position at bottom" as a bug from our end and the fix for the issue will be included with our upcoming patch release in mid-July 11th, 2023.

We have included the fix for the issue "Dialog is outside the target element when we set dialog position at bottom" with our package version “22.1.38”. Therefore, we recommend upgrading to our latest version to resolve the current issue.
