Tooltip is covered and clipped in small screen

Hi,
I am facing following issues regarding column series tooltip when screen size is minimized -

1. The tooltip is being covered and displayed below other column graph in different Grid. How to show tooltip in top of any UI control?
   
   
2.  The tooltip is being clipped from left and it seems there are available space in right for the tooltip to be rendered smartly.

Query 2: The tooltip is being clipped from left and it seems there are available space in right for the tooltip to be rendered smartly.

The tooltip is displayed based on the available size of the chart. Depending on the tooltip behavior, it could be cropped outside of the chart area.
