Splitter style gets screwed for a second when navigating to another page

This issue is well visible when next page I navigate to takes a bit longer to initialize (due to other operations such as a request to database, etc.).

This issue does not exist on older version of a Syncfusion (e.g. 20.4.48). But exists now on a current latest version 21.1.41.

We have prepared a sample based on your requirement, but we were unable to reproduce the issue in the latest version(21.2.10). In order to better understand the issue you're facing, could you please modify the shared sample according to your scenario and provide us with the steps to replicate the issue, along with a video illustration sample if possible.
