Grid filters are locked out after filling in random value

Even it the example at the end of this page, this bug exists.

When I click the filter button, select Equal and fill in some random string and click Filter. After clearing the filter, I'm unable to

Hi Hemanthkumar. We use SyncFusion version 20.4.48. You can easily replicate it in your own example, here:

The reported issue is not reproduced with our latest version 21.2.3. So, we suggest upgrading the Syncfusion packages to the latest version to overcome the issue. If you are still facing the issue, please share an issue reproducible sample which will be helpful for us to provide a better solution as early as possible.
