Grid filters are locked out after filling in random value

Hi Ondrej Nemec,The reported issue is not reproduced with our latest version
21.2.3. So, we suggest upgrading the Syncfusion packages to the latest version
to overcome the issue. If you are still facing the issue, please share an issue
